Onchain gameplay adds two new player records and gives each record one job: EXP for progression, Renown for lasting participation, and recent activity for your KEEP mining share. Consistent play matters most — what you do now decides your mining share, and what you have done stays on your record for good.

Renown and EXP are coming with onchain gameplay. The onchain Renown record is built together with KEEP mining and works in testing; it is not in the game yet, and how much a day adds is still being tuned. Onchain gameplay is in development on devnet; dates will be announced. Devnet tokens and items have no monetary value.

EXP

  • A new record on your wallet. EXP is separate from your heroes' levels.
  • It grows from your own play. In the version being tested, EXP comes from winning campaign battles, up to a daily limit.
  • It feeds your mining score as one part among several, in a bounded way: old EXP never stands in for playing now, and a long history can't crowd out players who are here now. See Your score.
  • Mining days. A mining day is planned to add EXP once; when or how you claim never adds more.
  • Only play grows it. Items, NFTs, Forge Ingots, trading and the Clan Charter never grant or multiply EXP.

How much EXP each kind of play gives is still being tuned; the game will show the exact amounts.

Renown

Renown is your permanent onchain record of taking part in KEEP mining.

  • It grows on the days you take part — the days you receive a KEEP mining share. It rises at most once a day, however many bases you run or claims you make.
  • It never goes down. It never expires and is never reset. Every daily result is checked so that no total can go backwards.
  • It belongs to your wallet, and all your bases share it.
  • It is not a currency. It can't be transferred, bought or sold.
  • It stays with you when you sell a Land Deed.
  • Anyone can see it. Because it lives on Solana, any wallet's Renown is public.

What Renown and EXP never do

  • Renown never changes your KEEP mining share or your capacity, and you don't need any Renown to mine.
  • Neither can be bought, sold, sent or traded. Neither is a currency.
  • Nothing you own grants them. Items, NFTs, Forge Ingots, trading and the Clan Charter never grant or multiply EXP or Renown.
  • A buyer never gets yours. When a Land Deed changes hands, the seller keeps their EXP and Renown and the buyer starts with their own.
  • They are not trophies. Trophies belong to the base and move with its Land Deed; Renown belongs to you. Campaign points are a separate record again.

  • Your first mining claim creates it, at a small one-time rent that you pay along with the network fee.
  • Each mining claim updates it with the Renown and mining days from every published day since your last claim.
  • Anyone can refresh it from the latest published result without claiming. A refresh moves no KEEP.
  • Solana enforces the rules. The mining program only lets your Renown and mining days go up, and at most once for each day.

Recent activity (for KEEP mining)

Recent activity is the part of your mining score that follows how you have played lately. Like the rest of your score, it is kept for 48 hours after your last qualifying play, then fades to zero, so a missed day doesn't reset you. It never pays an idle day: to share in a day you still need to play that day and commit Forge Ingots. See KEEP mining.

What Renown is for

  • A lasting public record. Anyone can see how many days a wallet has taken part in KEEP mining.
  • Entry to the Divine Isle solo trials. In the version being tested, entering the solo trials needs Renown from at least one KEEP mining day, with or without a Land Deed, and more Renown adds no extra attempts.
  • The Realm Passport (planned). One view of your history — your EXP, Renown and the days you took part. It shows what you have done; it adds no new score.

FAQ

Does Renown raise my KEEP?

No. Renown never changes your KEEP mining share or your capacity. Your share comes from the ingots you commit, your mining score and your boosts.

Can I lose Renown?

It never goes down, expires or resets. It belongs to your wallet, so keep your wallet safe; nothing has been announced about moving Renown to a different wallet.

Can I buy or sell Renown or EXP?

No. Neither can be bought, sold, sent or traded, and nothing you own grants them.

What happens if I sell a Land Deed?

Your EXP and Renown stay with you. The base's trophies go with the base.

Does Renown cost anything?

Your first mining claim pays a small one-time rent for your Renown record, together with the Solana network fee. After that, updating it is part of your ordinary claims.

When will I see it?

With onchain gameplay. Dates will be announced.
