release
A new website, changelog and Android download
pixelkingdomwars.com has a brand-new look, rebuilt guides for every part of the game and this changelog, which now updates by itself with every release. The Android app can also be downloaded directly from the website, with its version, size and checksum shown so you can verify the file.
Android app 0.6.0
Version 0.6.0 brings the rebuilt realm themes and a globe that opens into full realm maps to the Android app. It can also install future versions from inside the game, so updates no longer wait for the store. It runs on Android 9 or later on a 64-bit phone. Android APK
Android app 0.6.1
Zoom out to see your whole realm base: the camera now opens up to the entire themed field around your kingdom, from the forest and farms to the coast and shipyard, and you can pan across all of it. It still never shows the empty world beyond the edge. Android APK
Android app 0.6.2
The app now looks for a new version every time you come back to it, not only when it first starts, so updates reach you sooner. Android APK
Android app 0.6.3
The loading screen now checks for a newer version before the game starts, so even an older copy of the app can always update itself. The wallet sign-in screen also wears the bright kingdom artwork. Android APK
Android app 0.6.4
Island close-ups on the globe now load as you approach them, so the islands appear sharp and without a wait. Android APK
release
The Realms Globe arrives on the web
The map in your browser is now the Realms Globe: spin the world, dive into any of the eight realms, explore its realm map with every kingdom on it, and spot the three islands that are coming soon. Shielded bases show their domes on the map.
release
New realm artwork reaches every open tab
If a browser tab was still running an older version of the game, it now asks you to reload so you see the new realm artwork. The loading screen also no longer flickers while the game starts.
release
Every realm rebuilt from new tile kits
All eight realms now draw their ground from new hand-built tile kits, with rivers, trees and rocks that run on to the edge of the world while the land you claim stays clear for building. The new look is live on the web and in the Android app.
release
A brighter loading screen
Loading now shows a bright new wallpaper with a calmer progress meter, and maintenance has its own new page.
The Android app can update itself
The servers now support in-app updates, so the Android app can offer a new signed version inside the game before the dApp Store publishes it. Android APK
Realm maps for the Android globe
The servers now feed the Android app’s new globe and its realm maps, including which bases are shielded. Android APK
release
Saved feedback finishes sending
A feedback report saved during a connection problem can now finish sending without being submitted twice, and update checks no longer stall on a slow connection.
release
Player cards in chat
Tapping a name in chat opens a privacy-limited player card, and Camp and Barracks show clear status chips.
Troops need open ground
Troops and heroes now deploy only onto a fully empty patch of open ground inside the battlefield.
Campaign entry recovers
A stuck Campaign loader now offers retry, rejoin or back, and Market receipts keep your payment record after a successful check.
release
Fewer ownership check errors
Rare try-again refusals caused by Land Deed ownership checks were cut down without loosening the check itself.
PvP battlefield and flying depth fixes
PvP battles now load the right battlefield obstacles, flying units draw at the correct depth and troop deployment responds faster.
Android payments on Seeker
SOL and KEEP purchases in the Android app now run price, PAY, wallet and automatic confirmation as one flow, with a clear reason whenever a wallet declines. Upgrades work again on every defence, trap and wall. Android APK
release
Quality of life from tester requests
Training gained +10 and MAX steps, buying a copy and breaking your own shield now ask first, and REPAIR ALL TRAPS fixes every trap at once. Every menu row has an icon, and the deposit page shows your balance and history.
Retreats score what really happened
Retreating from a raid now settles the exact battle state at the moment you retreat instead of counting as a defeat. Giants no longer walk past a defence that is already within their throwing reach.
Market reservations settle on their own
Unpaid Market reservations now lapse automatically and paid ones settle without keeping a browser tab open. Destroyed camps now rest on ruins.
release
Seeker stability and polish
A round of Seeker fixes and interface polish landed, including Market payments that wait for confirmation and balances that no longer show stale values.
Battles and purchases in the Android app
The Android app can now fight battles and buy bases, shields, energy and hero recruits under the same server rules as the web game. Android APK
release
Deploy along the top of the battlefield
Deploying along the top edge of a raid now follows exactly where you tap, including through clear gaps in the HUD, and stray touches no longer register as pinches.
Groundwork for the Android app
The servers began serving the native Android app its game data and a verified content pack, the first step toward a full app on Solana Seeker. Android APK
release
Realm downloads that resume
Realm downloads show real progress and resume where they stopped, and a base stays covered until its ground and walls are ready.
A true full-screen fit on phones
The game now fills mobile browsers correctly through toolbar and keyboard changes, and the army callout stays inside the visible camera.
release
A builder on every job
Construction jobs now show a dedicated builder hammering away on site, and hiring portraits use the same character.
The world becomes eight realms
The globe is now a fantasy world of eight realms, from Crownlands at its heart to Stormcairn’s highlands, Thornwake’s jungle and Cinderfall’s ashlands. Existing bases moved to Crownlands with their owners and progress unchanged, and every base now stands in ground painted for its realm.
A borderless, living world map
The world map now fills the whole screen, base ground moves with gentle animation, and a prominent Explore action sits beside the loading and retry status.
release
Five-tier walls
Walls now show five visual tiers as they level up, across bases, battles and replays, and neighbouring walls of different tiers join neatly.
A quicker raid flow
You can move on to the next raid target before giving any order, raid charges are always visible, and one army summary plus a Claim all ready button save taps.
Steadier balances and payments
Wallet balances and payment checks now go through a dedicated, protected network connection, so they load faster and fail less often.
release
The playtest is open to everyone
Anyone can now sign in and play, and the website’s Campaigns page follows the Founding players and upcoming campaigns.
Reliable Seeker sign-in
Background requests no longer sign you out, and slow wallet discovery or a failed game entry recovers without another signature. The tutorial’s training step now offers one free FINISH ALL.
release
Private feedback threads
Feedback became a private thread between you and the team, with screenshots and a clear reward decision for every accepted report.
Gold Forge updates instantly
A Gold Forge contribution now refreshes the Forge and your resources immediately. Chat inside Phantom and Campaign deployment visibility were corrected too.
release
Land retry, referrals and chat mentions
A first land purchase can be retried with the same payment after a minute, with fresh checks and a countdown. Verified handles, including .skr names, work for referrals and show mention markers in chat.
Review, then train
Training now runs in one queue: pick troops with a tap, hold or drag, review the batch and confirm it with ADD TO QUEUE. FINISH ALL locks in the price you reviewed.
Phantom toolbar and Campaign deploy fixes
On iPhone the game now keeps clear of Phantom’s toolbar, and Campaign deployment works right up to the edges of the battlefield.
release
Finish your first builds for free
Every first level-1 construction offers FINISH NOW for free, and guidance points at the actual job, including finishing training before land and Campaign. An interrupted land payment now recovers without asking you to pay again.
Whole wall rows and early victories
A whole wall row now upgrades in one step, hero recruitment is guarded against double taps, and a raid that reaches 100% early ends with its confirmed result.
No more missing battle art
Troops, reserves and effects no longer lose their artwork mid-battle, and artwork that fails to download now retries and recovers on its own.
release
Cancel upgrades and research
A running upgrade or research can now be cancelled for its exact SHARDS refund after a confirmation.
Founding Kingdoms playtest
The playtest gained daily tester points, a FOUNDING chip and a Tester screen, and the public leaderboard now shows live playtest statistics. The land purchase screen was rebuilt as one clear step with a parcel card.
Instant response in live raids
In a live PvP raid a tap now reserves its troop card and marks its tile at once, and a fight stays open while you still hold troops or heroes and time remains. A revenge visit no longer counts as your attack for the day.
Heroes show every blow
Heroes now show every blow against buildings and keep their attack rhythm, so a fighting hero no longer looks idle.
release
Push notifications
One setting turns on notifications for being raided, a building finishing, troop training finishing and new mail.
Lighter and smoother on phones
Phones with less memory, Solana Mobile devices included, now load lighter art, pan the base more smoothly and download the rest of the game in the background after it starts.
Battle playback fixes
Raid history is always one tap away, battles replay correctly after a hidden tab, attacker and Dragon Nest hatchling animations loop again and raid percentages are right. Heroes now show a clear strike when they hit a wall.
release
Recover a lost authenticator
If you lose your in-game authenticator, you can recover the account with your verified email and wallet, with a safety hold before the old code is cleared.
Cancel troops for a full refund
A troop still in training can be cancelled with a tap for its exact cost back, and every Barracks and Camp shows the same base-wide army status. A permanent ARMY button opens the army screen from anywhere on your base.
RAIDED marker and revenge
Your shield chip now counts how many times you were raided and opens the raid log, where each defence offers REVENGE. World markers sit on real base cells, and your own base shows its name, avatar and Keep level.
Devnet SOL wherever you need it
A CLAIM DEVNET SOL button now sits on the land screen and in the welcome dialog, and support contacts appear wherever the game used to just say contact support.
Fairer PvP and decisive walls
You can no longer attack a base whose Keep is far below yours, and scouting is open for any other base in your land tier. Troops decide once whether to break a wall or go around it, and a raid finishes on time even if you close the game.
release
Inventory and hero portraits
The Inventory became fully server-backed with responsive panes and real item actions, and hero portraits now follow each hero’s tier everywhere they appear.
Layout editing on phones
The layout editor now works on phones and short landscape screens, and the Keep can be picked up and moved. Build cards show how many of each building you own against its cap.
Smoother sign-in
Wallet sign-in was hardened, and email, Google and X sign-in now continue straight into the game once the account step completes.
Wall depth and combat art fixes
Walls now sit correctly behind or in front of buildings, your claim edge is always drawn, and combat art recovers on a cold start instead of sliding on a single frame.

release
HOME and FARM layouts
Bases can save HOME and FARM layouts that keep every building’s identity and apply in one step. HOME is free, and FARM unlocks once for SHARDS.
A new look for the kingdom
A new pixel-art foundation shipped across troops, heroes and defences, and the Gold Forge, Dragon Nest, Vault and Archer Tower were rebuilt or refined. Building seats, scale and layering were corrected so the denser art reads cleanly in bases and raids.
Ranked leagues
Cumulative ranked leagues arrived with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Sol tiers and weekly SHARDS and item rewards, with no trophy reset.
Guided first steps
First-run guidance now follows the new HUD and the real quest chain, with steady prompts for fitting the base, building, placing, claiming rewards and entering Campaign.
A HUD for every screen size
One responsive HUD now serves phones, tablets and wide screens, with the player plate, resources, an honest task queue, navigation and contextual sheets. Loading shows a rotating deck of gameplay tips and live animation instead of a logo.
One-minute first builds and a faster ladder
Every new level-1 building now takes one minute, and one faster upgrade ladder replaced the old progression curves. Traps keep their own quicker curve, while the Keep and Gold Forge stay a little slower.
release
Public guide, leaderboard and feedback
The public game guide, Terms, Privacy and the leaderboard went live, and the game gained a Tester screen with a structured feedback form.
Vaults protect your SHARDS
Levelled Vaults now protect a growing share of a base’s otherwise lootable SHARDS.
An easier way in
Getting started was rebuilt around PLAY NOW, Seeker and invite access, clearer first-base guidance, a funded devnet SOL faucet and a KEEP welcome gift by mail for eligible players.
Timers read in days, hours and minutes
Every long timer now reads as days, hours and minutes instead of an oversized count of minutes.
Safer withdrawals
Withdrawal signing moved behind an independent safety boundary with stronger settlement, reserve and recovery checks, without changing any player balance. Large KEEP deposits can now be typed in directly.
Raid any base, anywhere
Player-versus-player matchmaking no longer depends on where a base sits on the map, and Campaign became the one way to fight computer-controlled bases.
Sturdier mobile start and Phantom sign-in
Mobile cold start and update recovery were hardened, and Phantom account switching, slow wallet discovery and tap-to-connect sign-in on phones were repaired.
release
A Land Deed carries its whole base
Each Land Deed now carries its complete progressed base when it changes hands: buildings, SHARDS, army, heroes, inventory, trophies, quests and battle history. You can buy land more than once, run up to five active bases and switch between them without mixing their state.
Hero gear counts in combat
Equipped hero gear now takes effect in battle, heroes show their recovery and can be sped up, and item-based unlock paths opened for heroes and elite troops.
In-game Mail and a full sound pack
In-game Mail arrived with protected reward claims, alongside new building, defence and trap art, a sound pack of more than two hundred effects, a new Dragon voice and separate world and battle music.
Profiles, avatars and global chat
The world gained owner profiles, custom avatars, exact land selection and moderated global chat. Shield and estimated-loot information became truthful, and browsing across regions stays steady.
Tutorial, Campaign and quests
A replayable first-run tutorial arrived together with 100 authored Campaign stages, 50 daily quests and five rotating weekly quests. Campaign fortresses were rebuilt denser and tested against the combat engine.
Live raids you can come back to
Raids became live battles with archived replays, attacks you can rejoin after an interruption and clearer deployment controls. The troop roster grew, with finished movement, attack, effect and death art across every battle.
Better on Solana Mobile
The Solana Mobile app gained a verified offline media pack, the original pixel font, fullscreen and landscape handling, job-completion notifications and steadier rotation and wallet onboarding. Inventory, Shop and Market ownership became clearer, with wallet balances and a direct Jupiter link.
A faster early game
Early progression got lighter: Mines became free through level 4, Gold Forge upgrades moved to a revised SOL curve and new bases start with more SHARDS.
Anti-air defences hit flying units
Defences now engage flying units correctly, and the Cannon, Archer Tower and Air Defence received a matching combat pass.
No changes match these filters.
In the game
The world these notes change
Every release on this page ships into the same world: eight realms of keeps, walls and instant raids, alike in your browser and in the Android app.
Every release lands here by itself as it goes live, and Android app versions carry their own notes. Follow along in any feed reader.
